Personalised items

Our airbrushed items are made to your chosen name or text and design. The usual 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right for online purchases does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. We therefore cannot accept change-of-mind returns or size exchanges for personalised items.

This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Changes or cancellation before painting

Painting starts within 24 hours of receiving an order and may start sooner. If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us immediately with your order number. We will check whether work has started and whether we can accommodate your request. There is no guaranteed 24-hour cancellation or change window. We will confirm any agreed change or cancellation in writing.

Check your choices

Please check spelling, personalisation, colours, size and delivery details before placing your order. Use the size guide on the product page. If we reproduce the details you supplied correctly, a spelling or size choice made by you is not a fault. If we make an error, please tell us so we can put it right.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Email hello@thetattootrip.co.uk or use our contact page with your order number and a description of the problem. Photographs can help us assess it, but do not replace your legal rights. We will agree the appropriate remedy and any return arrangements with you.

UK consumer law gives you rights when goods are faulty or not as described, including a short-term right to reject within 30 days in applicable cases and rights to repair, replacement, price reduction or refund. These rights also apply to personalised goods. We will cover reasonable return costs where the goods are faulty or we supplied the wrong item.

Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions. This request does not restrict your statutory rights. Refunds due will be made to the original payment method.
