Body Art Products & Safety

Our body art products
For temporary airbrush tattoos and face/body art, The Tattoo Trip uses cosmetic inks and paints supplied by Airbrush Body Art, a UK-based supplier.
Airbrush Body Art states that its products are tested and compliant with UK cosmetic regulations. This is the supplier’s statement about its products; it is not a claim of government approval or a guarantee that every person will be free from a reaction.
Temporary tattoos and face/body paint
Temporary tattoo ink and face/body paint are different products with different wear and removal instructions. Ask us which product is being used for your design. Wear time varies with the product, skin and aftercare, so we do not guarantee a fixed number of days.
Before application
If you have a known cosmetic allergy, sensitive skin or a concern about an ingredient, please tell us before application and ask to see the relevant product label. We can discuss whether the chosen service is suitable and check the supplier’s instructions for that product. We cannot promise that any cosmetic is allergy-free.
Please do not request painting over broken or irritated skin. Product-specific restrictions and precautions should be checked with us before application, including any questions about children or the intended area of use.
Aftercare and removal
Ask us for aftercare and removal advice for the exact ink or paint used. Do not assume all body art removes in the same way. Follow the relevant product instructions and avoid aggressive scrubbing.
Clothing paints are separate
The E’tac and Createx paints used for our personalised clothing are separate from our cosmetic body art products. Our clothing care information is on the Clothing Care page.
