Made for you

Your items are personalised to order. Painting starts within 24 hours of receiving your order. We aim to dispatch within 48 hours. We post Monday to Saturday, so orders ready on Sunday will be dispatched on Monday. If we expect a delay, we will contact you.

Need your order sooner? Please use our contact page before ordering to ask whether a faster turnaround is possible. Urgent orders depend on availability and must be agreed with us.

UK delivery charges

Delivery is charged once per whole order and includes packaging.

Standard delivery — Royal Mail Tracked 48: £4.95 for orders up to and including 1.2kg; £8.95 for orders over 1.2kg, up to and including 10kg.

Faster delivery — Royal Mail Tracked 24: £5.95 for orders up to and including 1.2kg; £9.95 for orders over 1.2kg, up to and including 10kg.

The delivery charge is calculated from the combined shipping weight of your order and is shown before you pay.

For orders over 10kg, or delivery outside the UK, please contact us for a quote before ordering. These orders have no automatic delivery rate.

When will my order arrive?

Your items are personalised to order. Delivery times begin after your order has been made and dispatched. Standard delivery usually takes 2–3 working days after dispatch. Faster delivery aims to arrive the next working day after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Choosing Faster delivery changes the delivery service after dispatch; it does not automatically shorten the time needed to make your order.

Delivery problems

Please check your delivery address carefully before ordering. If you notice a mistake or your parcel is delayed, damaged or missing, contact hello@thetattootrip.co.uk with your order number so we can help. We remain responsible for your goods until they are delivered to you or a person you nominate. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
